Customized and Bulk Orders FAQs

Yes. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to duties and taxes before delivery. These are not managed by UNDP Shop and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the our Shipping & Returns Policy for more information. If your organization is tax exempt, you may be able to get a tax exemption by liaising directly with the shipping company (DHL or USPS) when they get in touch with you to handle duties and taxes for your shipment.

Absolutely! Depending on the size of your bulk order, you could qualify for a discount of up to 20%. 

Simply submit your request with all necessary details, including product names, quantities, and your shipping ZIP code, using the form at the bottom of the Corporate Gifts & Bulk Orders page. Our customer service team will respond within 3-5 days. 

Please note that shipping costs are always excluded from discounts as we rely on third-party service providers (USPS for domestic and DHL for international). Also note that customized orders do not qualify for any discounts. 

All official educational institutions placing a bulk order can qualify for special discounts. These discounts are determined by product choices and minimum order quantities. To begin, please fill out the form on the Corporate Gifts & Bulk Orders page. Please note that these discounts are not applicable to individual purchases or customized products.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards. Additionally, for orders exceeding USD$1,000, we also accept payment by wire transfer. Further details on payment will be provided by one of our customer service representatives when you initiate your order.

To minimize our environmental impact, and avoid waste, we produce some items only on-demand. We also prioritize sourcing from local vendors to reduce carbon footprint associated with international shipping. As a result, stock of certain products may be limited. 

Please note that depending on the products and quantities required, some bulk, corporate, and large orders may take up to 10-15 business days to be fully processed and shipped. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order well in advance. 

Additionally, orders requiring customization will take longer to complete. Please contact us via the form on the Corporate Gifts & Bulk Orders page with your request to receive an estimate on feasibility and delivery times. 

If a product you wish to bulk order is out of stock on our website or available only for pre-order, please indicate your interest when completing the form on ourCorporate Gifts & Bulk Orders page. We assess each bulk order individually and may be able to fulfill your request. Please note that minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply to any ad hoc order or pre-orders. Reach out to us, and our customer service team will assist you promptly.

Customization requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, including for the original SDGs lapel pins. Feasibility of customization depends on factors such as order size, design specifications, and timeline.To check if a specific product may be suitable for customization, please check the information on that product’s page. aMinimum Order Quantities (MOQs)apply to all customization orders too. For corporate gifts and bulk (or wholesale) orders requiring customization, we recommend placing your order with a minimum lead time of 6-8 weeks. Please note that lead times may vary depending on the type of customization required and that MOQs (minimum order quantities) will apply. No, discounts do not apply to customized orders.

UNDP and UN colleagues can contact us via the form in the Corporate Gifts & Bulk Orders page to arrange bulk orders for their office, team, or event. UN personnel can also enjoy special discounts on personal purchases.

Custom and bulk orders typically require additional processing time, especially during peak holiday seasons. As the UNDP Shop operates out of New York City, shipping and supply chain delays may occur, particularly during Christmas and New Year’s. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order by 10 November 2024.

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur, and they are beyond our control as they depend on the shipping courier. Please also note that orders placed between 23 December and 2 January may experience shipping delays and ship starting 3 January 2025.
