Shipping policy

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?  

Orders generally take 2-5 days to process before they are shipped.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

COVID-19 Update: Due to the pandemic and recent Omicron outbreak, some packages may take longer than usual to arrive. We will contact you via email if there are any significant stocking or shipping delays with your order.

Where do you ship? 

We ship to all United Nations member states.  

Shipping to Hong Kong: 

For shipments to Hong Kong, please place your order by sending an email to shop@undp.org with the following details: 

  • A complete list of products you wish to purchase, with quantities 
  • Full shipping address 
  • Contact information including phone number and email 

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you with a direct purchase link so you can complete your order.  

Where is my order? Where can I find tracking information? 

You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email that you will receive once your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 

You can also use the tracking number provided in your order history when you log into your UNDP Shop account.
