Good news! If you work for the United Nations Development Programme we are happy to assist you in ordering official and authentic UNDP as well as SDG merchandise via the UNDP Shop. 

Your order will be curated by our UNDP Shop design and operations team, who will take care of procurement, source the most competitive vendors and then conveniently have everything shipped to your office. We ship globally and can have your order delivered to any UNDP country, HQ and representation office, from Papua New Guinea to Malawi and Geneva.  

Finally, depending on the size of your order, you will also qualify for a discount.

For all official orders placed by a UNDP team, country/regional office, or bureau all procurement will be handled on our side. Payment can be made via CoA (Chart of Account). Depending on the size of your order, you may also qualify for a discount, for up to 20% off. 

Usually, domestic shipping within the US will be handled by USPS, while international shipping will be via DHL. Actual shipping cost, modalities and carriers will be clarified based on order size, vendors location and other variable factors. Depending on size, products, quantities NY HQ orders may also be available for pick up at our UNDP Office in DC1. Please email us to coordinate: shop@undp.org

Importantly, note that orders placed for official reasons and sent to a UNDP office address won’t be subject to local taxes and duties.

No, pouch shipping is not permitted. Bulk and personal orders alike will ship globally with DHL. Standard DHL shipping rates will apply.

If you work for a UN agency and need to make a large purchase or bulk order for your team or country office, please write to us at shop@undp.org to receive our SDGs merchandise catalogue and more information on how to order.  

If you are ordering in bulk, depending on the size of your order, you may also qualify for a bulk order discount, of up to 20% off.

If you work for any UN agency in New York, you can also schedule in person staff pick-up at DC1 with our UNDP Shop customer service. To do so, please follow these easy steps:

Note the UNDPSTAFF/ UNSTAFF discount and the INSTORE coupon can be combined. 

Quantum has made it easy to pay for orders from the UNDP shop with the Zero Dollar Invoice. This replaces the GLJE mode of payment and helps offices credit their invoice amount to our UNDP Shop COA. Visit the UNDP Shop intranet space (accessible to @undp.org email owners only) to get in touch with us to ask for guidance on how to process a Zero Dollar Invoice. Please know that the preferred payment methods for orders placed by UN (but not UNDP) teams are credit card link and/or bank wire. Get in touch with us to place your order and get more details.

All official orders placed by any UN agency focal point for their Office, Team, Initiative can qualify for a customs waiver. A customs/duties waiver document should be obtained by the person placing the order from the local customs authority, to certify the tax exemption status of the buyer. Contact your Country Office’s (or Team’s) managerial support for help with processing customs waivers. 

Requirements are subject to change, and we do recommend your Country Office’s (or Team’s) managerial support to check in with local authorities and confirm what is needed exactly. As a general rule, the UNDP Shop staff will provide you with the following documentations: (1) the commercial invoice from the UNDP shop, (2) the Air Waybill indicating the port of origin, vessel identification number, description of the goods and the weight of the goods.
