Can I edit/cancel my order, or change my shipping address?
If you need to make changes to your existing order, including a change of address or a cancellation request, please contact shop@undp.org immediately. In your email, please be sure to include your order number and any other necessary details.
Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm if the change could be completed. Any requested changes will impact the entire order.
Individual items cannot be edited, added on, or cancelled.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address.
In what currency are your prices?
UNDP Shop displays and collectspayments in US dollars (USD).

We accept Visa, Mastercard,Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.

We ship to all United Nations member states.
Shipping to Hong Kong:
For shipments to Hong Kong, please place your order by sending an email to shop@undp.org with the following details:
o A complete list of products you wish to purchase, with quantities
o Full shipping address
o Contact information including phone number and email
Once we receive your email, we will get back to you with a direct purchase link so you can complete your order.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
Orders generally take 2-5 days to process before they are shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where is my order? Where can I find tracking information?
You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email that you will receive once your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
You can also use the tracking number provided in your order history when you log into your UNDP Shop account.

Are duties and taxes included on orders placed and upon return?
All necessary duties and taxes are collected after the time of purchase, and before delivery takes place. Duties and taxes are determined by each product’s origin, material composition, use and final destination.
Should you need to complete are turn, the handling fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable through UNDP Shop.
Customers who access and use theshop.undp.org website from outside the United States are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations. When you place an order and select a shipping address outside of the United States, you or your designated consignee are the Importer of Record and as such are authorizing UNDP Shop to import the goods to your destination country on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree that UNDP Shop may delegate the obligation to import the goods on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). UNDP Shop does not calculate and collect the applicable duties and taxes or any other additional fees at checkout. Ultimately, you or your designated consignee as Importer of Record are responsible to pay the applicable duties & taxes and any other import fees to your local customs authorities.
