To check your order status, click here and log into your UNDP Shop account. In stock items, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your order to ship. You can find more information about our Shipping & Returns Policy here. Please email us if you have questions.

You have 24 hours to cancel international orders for a full refund. Cancellation requests after this timeframe are not guaranteed. 

Order cancellations for US/domestic orders are not guaranteed. Depending on the progress of your order, we may not be able to make the requested changes in time. 

If you want to make changes to your existing order, such as updating the address or requesting a cancellation, please contact [email protected] immediately. Be sure to include your order number and any other relevant details in your email. 

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm whether the change can be completed. Any requested changes will affect the entire order. 

Address changes are not guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing. To request a change to your shipping address, please email us immediatelyat [email protected]. If the change is possible, you will receive an email confirmation. Note: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

The UNDP Shop displays and collects payments exclusively in US dollars (USD).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and Shop App Pay.

You can track your order and estimated delivery date using the shipping confirmation email you will receive once your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't see the email, check your spam, junk, or clutter folder. 

For more delivery information, use the tracking number provided in your order history by logging into your UNDP Shop account. Please note that shipments from the UNDP Shop are handled by USPS or DHL, and the UNDP Shop may have limited visibility into delays and issues.

Shipping services and estimates for all orders on the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Shop are provided by USPS (for domestic US orders) and DHL (for international orders). Delivery delays are the responsibility of the courier. If you experience a delay, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. You can also email the UNDP Shop for assistance.

Yes, customers are responsible for any taxes due including customs and duties.This rule applies to both personal and corporate orders. Please refer to our Shipping, Duties and Returns Policy page for more information.

Applicable taxes, including VAT and handling fees, are determined based on the country from which you are shopping or shipping. The prices displayed on UNDP Shop do not include taxes and duties.

Yes, you can pre-order selected products and add them to your wish list, even if they are sold out. 

To add a product to your wish list, click on the ‘Add to wishlist’ heart icon located under the ‘Sold out’ button on the product page. You'll be prompted to log into your UNDP Shop account to ensure your selection is properly saved. 

If a product is eligible for pre-order, you'll see a ‘Pre-Order’ button instead of a ‘Sold out’ button. 

You can also email us to inquire about restocking times and to receive notifications when a product becomes available again. We typically respond to queries within 3-5 business days and will inform you of the product's availability status.

Yes, the winter holiday season may impact delivery times. Our Shop personnel is based in our New York headquarters and observes both national and international holidays, which may vary each year. You can find the full list of holidays observed by UNDP New York in 2024—including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Eid, and more—here.

To receive your order before the holidays, please note the following deadlines:

• 11 December 2024 to receive before Christmas
• 18 December 2024 to receive before the end of the year

Lastly, please note that orders placed between 23 December and 2 January may experience shipping delays and will begin shipping from 3 January onwards.

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur, and they are beyond our control as they depend on the shipping courier. We recommend completing your holiday shopping early to avoid significant delays.
